Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must be purchased directly from StreetHub.in

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Item is broken or damaged

  • Item is damaged during shipping

⚠️ Note:
For all approved returns, a return shipping fee of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please send the following details via WhatsApp:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photo of the invoice

  • A clear video of the item showing the issue

Once reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product.
After confirmation, we will authorize the return for the original item.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed immediately.

Invalid Reasons for Return

Returns will NOT be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Buyer no longer wants the product

  • Product received in good condition with no defects or damage

By placing an order on StreetHub.in, you agree to a legally binding commitment to complete the purchase.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
